Step-by-Step Instructions for Drawing Batman Logo
To begin, draw a vertical line in the middle of your paper. Then, draw a horizontal line extending to the left. Connect these lines using a curved line.
Extend a horizontal line to the right of the vertical line. Connect the lines using one curved line.
Sketch a long curved line, crossing the bottom of the vertical line and connecting the two ends of the horizontal lines. You will now have a large oval shape.
Draw four short, straight lines crossing your original lines. Place these lines near each point where the lines intersect the oval.
Using the short, straight lines as guides, sketch a smaller oval within the first. Erase any traces of the short, straight guide lines.
Draw four short, straight guide lines similar to the previous. These guide lines cross the vertical and horizontal lines near where they intersect the small oval.
Draw a third oval using these guide lines. Erase any traces of the guide lines.
Draw two triangles along the top of the innermost oval, one on each side of the vertical line.
Extend a curved line from the bottom of each triangle, connecting the bottom points. Connect the two triangles by their top points using three straight lines.
Draw two ovals along the vertical line, intersecting the bottoms of the two inner ovals.
Draw another oval on each side of the first two. These should intersect both the small ovals and the large inner ovals.
Erase the guide lines. You will erase extra lines left by the small ovals and triangles, as well as the original horizontal and vertical lines, to reveal the shape of the bat within the logo.
Color the Batman logo. To color it in the traditional way, shade the bat black, the outline black, and the space between the bat and the outline yellow.
